Shipping information
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey. Delivery time is typically 5–8 business days.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Andy@GobaStore.com and we will assist you.

Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exceptions and refund details
Return Shipping
- If the issue is our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect item): we will provide a free return label and issue a full refund.
- If the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the item: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Time
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
